1.This voucher is strictly for use by the member to whom it is issued.

2.The validity period is as indicated on the voucher and must be used within this period. Expired vouchers will be void.

3.If this voucher is used for hotel accommodation benefits, a single voucher can be used to book a total of 3 room nights for free, either consecutively or separately; once all the room nights are used, the voucher becomes invalid. The same guest cannot use the voucher to book 2 rooms for the same night, and the voucher is non-transferable and cannot be gifted. Reservations for domestic hotels must be made at least 7 days in advance, and for international hotels, at least 14 days in advance.

4.The availability of flight simulator experiences, hotels, room types, and check-in/check-out dates is subject to what is displayed on the booking page. Flight simulators or hotels provide services based on their operational conditions (unavailable dates are not limited to public holidays). Therefore, booking on the page does not guarantee success, and the final confirmation of the reservation is subject to further confirmation by China Eastern Airlines. Once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

5.Reservations for the following year will be open 3 working days after the State Council announces the next year's public holiday schedule.

6.If this voucher is used for other types of benefits (non-hotel accommodations), it is limited to a one-time use only, and once redeemed, it cannot be exchanged for other benefits.

7.It is recommended to carefully consider the usage date. Refunds or changes due to reasons such as the pandemic, illness, flight changes, or typhoons will not be accepted. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or canceled.
